What we keep,
what we don't.
H.みんなの privacy policy. The short version: it's two people, one household, your data lives in your Supabase, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
01 What we collect
When you sign up, H.みんな collects:
- Your email address (for the magic-link sign-in).
- Anything you put into the app: notes, links, the films / series / games / books / albums / anime / podcasts you track, the dates and ratings you assign, and the tags you add.
That's it. We don't collect device fingerprints, ad IDs, analytics events, or behavioural data. There is no third-party tracking on this marketing site or in the app.
02 Where the data lives
The web app's data is stored in a Supabase Postgres instance, hosted on Supabase's standard managed infrastructure. The marketing site (this page) is static files on Fastmail WebDAV, served as plain HTML.
The Android app uses the same Supabase backend. No local-only store. No device-side encryption we don't control.
03 Who can see your data
Only you. The H.みんな web app does not have a public feed, a share-by-link surface, a discovery page, or any social features. Your data is private to your account by default.
The H.みんな team can read data only when explicitly granted by you, or when responding to a support request you file.
04 Backups and deletion
Supabase runs automated daily backups on the same managed instance. There is no separate off-platform backup. If you delete your account, the row is removed and a 90-day soft-delete window applies to the database (the Recycle Bin in the app). After 90 days the row is permanently deleted from the active database; backups follow the standard Supabase retention.
Email me at jarai@howard.app and I'll delete your account manually if the in-app path is broken.
05 What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone, ever. There is no data business model.
- We don't run advertising or share data with ad networks.
- We don't use third-party analytics on the marketing site or the app.
- We don't fingerprint your device or track you across other sites.
- We don't have a third-party cookie on this domain. The only cookie is the auth session cookie Supabase sets on
app.howard.みんな.
06 Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we'll bump the date at the top of this page. The H.みんなの product is small enough that I (Jarai Howard) can email everyone directly if a real change is on the way.
